| Groton Labor Day 5k. Up early, exhausted. Had no idea when the thing started, so I went down at 7:30 and was the first one there (race started at 9:30). Barely warmed up, unmotivated, running in trainers. First mile 5:22 (in the lead), 2 miles 10:50 (some trail).
